Hi, I’m Jana—

A leadership development consultant, certified coach, trainer, facilitator, and published author.

My faith is the foundation of everything I do. I believe each person is uniquely created with purpose and potential, and no one is an accident. At the heart of my work is a deep conviction that people matter, because they matter to God.

Whether you are leading a team, building an organization, or learning to believe in yourself again, the potential for growth and transformation is already within you. You just need someone to help draw it out.

Why I Do This Work

I didn't grow up thinking I had anything to offer.

My high school senior yearbook "talent" was literally my shyness. It was something I was embarrassed by then, and laughed about later (after burning that yearbook!). For a long time, I believed I was always the one with less to contribute. I believed I had less confidence, less charisma, and less value. If I did muster the courage to speak up, my words were often overlooked while someone else's were praised as brilliant.

For a long time, I believed I had missed out when the talents were handed out.

But that wasn't true.

I eventually discovered that I do have something unique to offer. I possess my own blend of gifts, strengths, and insights that can make a real impact. That realization changed everything. And now I am passionate about helping others experience that same transformation. That is not just something I teach. It is something I lived, and continue to live.

What I Bring

Over the course of more than 30 years in business, ministry, and professional development, I have built teams, developed leaders, facilitated hundreds of training's and workshops, and coached countless individuals through seasons of growth and transition.

I love the research side of this work as much as the delivery side. I am energized by diving deep into topics like leadership, employee engagement, team dynamics, and personal development. I love turning that research into practical, compelling training programs that actually change how people think and lead.

My work sits at the intersection of coaching, facilitation, content development, and genuine human connection. I bring credentials, experience, and heart to every engagement.

My Approach

With individuals: I help people silence the inner critic, uncover their God-given strengths, and step boldly into their calling. There is nothing quite like the moment someone realizes they do have something to offer, and finally believes it.

With leaders and teams: I help organizations shift from traditional, positional leadership to a people-first approach that fuels productivity, retention, and genuine wellbeing. When leaders lead with empathy, trust, and a heart to serve others, everything changes.

With organizations: I partner with L&D teams, HR departments, and leadership groups to design and develop training content, facilitate workshops and cohort programs, and build the kind of learning experiences that stick long after the session ends.

I believe that when people feel seen, heard, and valued, they don't just perform better. They become better. And that ripple effect changes lives, teams, and entire organizations.

Business background, history, experience:

  • Faith & Ministry — 29 Years Using my degree in Biblical Studies, I served alongside my husband in pastoral ministry across multiple states and for five years in Australia. That foundation of serving people with humility, care, and a long view shaped everything I do professionally.

  • BNI Franchise Owner & Regional Director — 22 Years I built and owned two BNI franchise regions, growing them to over 600 members at its peak and generating millions in referral-based revenue for the businesses I served. I recruited, trained, and developed chapter leaders; facilitated weekly meetings and regional events; and built a culture of accountability, trust, and mutual investment that sustained itself for over two decades. This was, in many ways, my greatest leadership laboratory.

  • Designed 4 Success — 2021 to Present - I founded Designed 4 Success as an independent coaching and training practice specializing in leadership development, team effectiveness, and human performance. Since launching, I have delivered coaching, workshops, facilitation, and assessment services to individuals, teams, and organizations across
