I didn’t grow up thinking I had anything to offer.

In fact, my high school senior yearbook “talent” was literally my shyness—something I was embarrassed by then, and laughed about (after burning that yearbook!). I believed I was always the one with less to contribute—less confidence, less charisma, less value. If I did muster the courage to speak up, my words were often overlooked while someone else’s were praised as “brilliant.”For a long time, I believed I had missed out when the talents were handed out.But that wasn’t true.I eventually discovered that I do have something unique to offer—my own blend of gifts, strengths, and insights that can make a real impact. That realization changed everything. And now, I’m passionate about helping others experience that same transformation.
