My approach is rooted in my faith. I believe each person is uniquely created by God, with purpose, gifts, and the capacity to grow into something greater. That belief shapes how I coach, train, and lead—seeing people not just for who they are, but for who they were created to become.
With Individuals: We utilize a range of tools to coach the individual to identify their unique skills and where they will contribute their best, both personally and professionally.
With Companies and Teams: According to Gallup, employee engagement in the U.S. fell to its lowest level in a decade in 2024, with only 31% of employees engaged. When employees don’t feel supported, they disengage.

Too many people doubt their value. They compare, second-guess, and hold back from becoming who they’re truly meant to be.
Through coaching, I help individuals uncover their God-given strengths, quiet the inner critic, and step boldly into their calling.

"Our staff at Spreading Sunshine has the privilege of working with Jana Cardona as our Strengths Finder Consultant and Trainer. Her expertise in equipping and empowering people to connect with their strengths shines through. She handled all of the details for our staff to take the strengths finder assessments, met individually with every team member to go through their assessment, and conducted a team workshop for our staff.
Several team members shared that their 1-1's with Jana helped them understand themselves and in the meeting, they had "aha moments" as to why they do some things well and struggle in other areas. In these meetings, Jana was able to give more insight and information than what is found in the report because of her rich knowledge and deep understanding.
The team workshop was incredible for our team. We were given clear language to communicate with one another, especially when we might not see things the same way or feel frustrated with one another. Working with Jana helped our team appreciate our differences and be more mindful of how paying attention to one another's strengths can help us work together more effectively.
One of my favorite outcomes was the discovery that one of our team members has "strategic" as one of her five strengths. It was actually a surprise. We were able to take this knowledge and bring her into conversations where she could use this strength and help give insight that was greatly needed and we would have missed. She was underutilized before our strengths finder workshop.
