Coaching is the most personal work I do.

Group Coaching

Group coaching combines the power of individual insight with the energy and accountability of peers who are on a similar journey.

Jana designs and facilitates group coaching programs around the specific needs, goals, and culture of the group. Sessions can be built around particular themes such as leadership development, strengths, emotional intelligence, communication, or team effectiveness.

They are designed as a more open, cohort-style format where members bring their real challenges to the table each session.
